Understanding of the Testing lifecycle and different Testing types (Unit, Functional, Acceptance, Performance, etc.)

Ability to quickly learn new emerging technologies

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey messages in a concise manner

Strong time management skills

Strong software skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word

Preferred:

Experience with Functional or Performance Testing

Experience with MicroFocus testing tools including ALM, UFT, Mobile Center, Performance Center/Netwok Virtualization or Service Virtualization

Experience with Software implementation methodologies and practices (waterfall, agile, DevOps, etc.)

Knowledge of IT Service Management

Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Experience working in a distributed workplace (e.g., virtual teams, off-shore teams)
