G.B. Pant National Institute of Himalayan Environment and Sustainable Development is one of the premier autonomous Institute of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India.

In a latest job notification, GBPNIHESDSRF, Almora announces job vacancies for various project staff posts for project titled "Undertaking a study to define the extent and intensity of habitat degradation, to identify the drivers of degradation and prepare a study proposal for developing model mitigation plan in alpine and sub-alpine areas in SECURE Himalaya project landscape of Uttarakhand" at Kosi-Katarmal (Almora) campus of the Institute.

Under GBPNIHESDSRF Field Assistant Recruitment 2019, candidates completed Degree/Master Degree/PH.D. in relevant subjects can apply.

On basis of Interview performance, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will be recruited on a temporary basis, with salary pay of Rs 10,000 to Rs 36,000 per month.

An interested and qualified candidate has to walk-in on announced date and venue.
