Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS), Patna, an autonomous institute under the Government of Bihar, invites applications for Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Administrative Officer, and Executive Engineer (Civil) on a deputation basis. The positions are initially for three years and may be extended based on performance.

In accordance with the IGIMS Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates employed under the Central Government, State Government, or Autonomous Bodies with relevant qualifications and experience are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired posts will be based on merit, determined through an interview.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated salary as per Pay Levels 11 and 12, depending on the post.

Eligibility Criteria IGIMS Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Administrative Officer, and Executive Engineer Posts:

Name of the Posts:

• Chief Administrative Officer: 1 Post
• Senior Administrative Officer: 1 Post
• Executive Engineer (Civil): 1 Post

Age Limit:

The upper age limit for all posts is 56 years as of the closing date of application.

Educational Qualifications:

• Chief Administrative Officer:
  • Officers holding analogous posts or at least 5 years of service in the Pay Level-11 (PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 + GP Rs. 6600).
  • MBA, PG Diploma in Personnel Management, Labour Laws, or a Degree in Law is preferred.
• Senior Administrative Officer:
  • Officers holding analogous posts or at least 5/8 years of service in Pay Level-10 (PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 + GP Rs. 5400).
  • MBA or PG Diploma in Personnel Management is preferred.
• Executive Engineer (Civil):
  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience as an Executive Engineer (Civil) or Assistant Engineer with 8 years of regular service.
