In the latest job notification, IIEST Shibpur Institute of National Importance announces job vacancies for teaching posts in different Departments/ Schools/ Centres on a contract basis, in reference to Advt.No.WEB/IIEST/REG/2018-19/06.

Under IIEST Shibpur Temporary Faculty Recruitment 2019, candidates completed Degree/Master Degree/Ph.D. in relevant subjects can apply.

On basis of Interview performance, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will be recruited on a temporary basis for one semester, with salary pay of Rs 50,000 per month.

An interested and qualified candidate has to walk-in on announced date and venue.

As on the date of the interview, Candidate maximum age limit should be 64 years.

Education Qualification:

should have a Ph.D degree with first class (60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale) at both Bachelor’s and Master’s level in the relevant discipline. The candidates with first class (60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale) at both Bachelor’s and Master’s level having significant industrial experience and a consistently good academic record and good experience in UG/PG teaching may also be considered.
