Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT) Delhi announced job notification to fill 54 Vacancies for various posts in the institute.

Under IIT Delhi 2017 Recruitment JE & Account Officer Posts, the premier engineering institute in the country is looking for talented candidates for the vacancies.

Candidate who completed Diploma/Degree/PG in distinction relevant for various posts and are eligible to apply.

Exam for the posts will be held in two phases Written Test & Trade Test, applicant who scored good marks in Written Exam will be eligible for Trade Test.

Based on the scores achieved in the tests, during selection process and along with addition of selection criteria mentioned in the notification, candidate for the desired post will selected only if institution deemed the candidate appointment is fit.

Applicant selected for the post will receive pay of Max. Rs 34800/-.

Age Limit: Upper age limit of 35 years as on the last date of advertisement. Applicants from reserved category/PH have age relaxation of upto 5 years.

Education Qualification:

For Junior Engineer (Civil):

- B.Tech (Civil) + 02 years of relevant experience / Diploma (Civil) + 05 Years Experience.

For Junior Technical Superintendent:

- PG in  Science/Computer Science + 1 year relevant experience / Three years Diploma in Engineering + 04 years of experience.

For Junior Superintendent:

- Should have Degree/PG passed in distinction.

For Junior Accounts Officer:

- M.Com. + 01 Year Experience / B.Com + 03 years experience.

For Junior Superintendent (Publication):

 - PG + 1 years exp. / Degree + 03 years experience.

For Senior Laboratory Assistant / Senior Mechanic:

- Candidate who hold Degree/PG in discipline Science or computers and passed with desired percentage are eligible.

For Assistant Mess Manager:

- Degree in Hotel Management + at least 02 years experience.

For Junior Assistant:

- Degree from recognized institution + should have desirable typing speed in English and Hindi on computer.

For Junior Assistant (Accounts):

- B.Com or equivalent + 01 year experience.

For Junior Laboratory Assistant:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Three years Diploma in Engineering / Applied Science.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates have to undertake Written Test and Trade Test/Computer Skill Test. For scores achieved in the tests and candidate academic performance, final selected candidates for the posts will be announced.

Application Fee: Candidates from OBC category need to Pay Rs 50/- towards online application for the post. As for applicants from SC/ST & PwD category are exempted from making payment.

The online fee has to be payed through SBI I collect and the I – Reference number need to be entered in the application form.
