South Eastern Railways (SE), a administrative railway zone of Indian Railways announced recruitment for Act Apprentices to fill 1785 vacancies.

Under Indian Railways South Eastern Railways Recruitment 2017, the total number of announced vacancies is for 30 workshops under the South Eastern (SE) Railways zone.

Eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies through online mode.

Selected applicants for the Act Apprentices desired post only appointed on merit basis. And finalized candidates will receive a stipend pay as per Govt. rules during the course of Training period.

Age Limit: A job applicant should have Min 15 years and Max 24 year’s age as on 01-01-2018. And candidates from reserve and PWD category will have age relaxation of upto 10 years, as per rules prescribed in the notification.

Education Qualification: Candidate should pass and holds certificate in 10^th+ 12^th + ITI from recognized institution. And should have minimum 50% aggregate in 10th+ 12^th class.

Selection Process: Provisional list of finalized candidates will be done based on merit scores. And upon certificate verification and medical examination finalized candidates will be selected for the desire post.

Application Fee: An applicant needs to pay Rs 100/- application through online payment gateway. For candidates from reserved category and others no application fee is required.
