Responsibility:

• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs.
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Technical Skills: 

• Hands-on technical development using various Oracle HCM tools- HDL, HCM Extract, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher & REST/SOAP service (critical).        
• ‎Ability to work across HCM technical areas like conversion & integration.           
• ‎PL/SQL and SQL development experience.         
• ‎Prior experience on PeopleSoft or EBS is desirable.  

Process Skills: 

• Hands-on technical development on PeopleSoft – application designer, SQR, People code, App engine, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning skills  (critical).           
• ‎Linux OS (vi editor skills).           
• ‎Troubleshooting skills.          
• ‎Ability to do data extraction for conversion to Oracle HCM.          
• ‎Job Scheduling using AutoSys.
