National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna public sector undertaking engaged in manufacturing and marketing fertilizers and agricultural inputs, invites applications for the positions of Senior Consultant and Consultant (Agrochemical) on a contractual basis. The engagement is for the newly established agrochemical plant at the Bathinda Unit.

As per the NFL Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with an M.Sc. in Chemistry (preferably Analytical Chemistry) or a B.Sc. with Chemistry as a subject, along with relevant experience in agrochemical manufacturing, are eligible to apply.

The selection process for the mentioned posts will be based on a personal interview, and merit will be determined accordingly.

The selected candidates will receive a consolidated fixed monthly salary of ₹90,000 for Senior Consultant and ₹40,000 for Consultant, in accordance with project norms.

Educational Qualifications

• Senior Consultant (Agrochemical):
  • Essential: M.Sc. in Chemistry or higher (preferably Analytical Chemistry).
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Agrochemical Formulations Manufacturing, with at least 5 years in technical/formulations analysis.
• Consultant (Agrochemical):
  • Essential: B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the subjects.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in agrochemical technical/formulations analysis.
