The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), under the National Health Mission (NHM), invites applications for the position of Senior Consultant – Radiation Safety and AERB Compliance. The recruitment is for a contractual position based at NHSRC, New Delhi.

As per the NHSRC Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Regular B.Sc. in Radiation Physics or related streams, along with a Regular M.Sc. in Radiation Physics/Health Physics, or equivalent qualifications and AERB-related certifications are eligible to apply.

The selection for the Senior Consultant position will be based on merit and interview performance.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration ranging from ₹90,000 to ₹1,50,000, along with additional benefits such as insurance, mobile reimbursement, leave benefits, and performance-linked increments.

Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Regular B.Sc. in Radiation Physics or any related stream with a Regular M.Sc. in Radiation Physics/Health Physics.
• Candidates who have undergone a Radiation Safety course from AERB, SGS India, or IARP will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AERB-related work.
• Experience working with NHM/Health Systems is desirable.
• Published work in the field of devices, diagnostics, clinical research, systematic reviews, or meta-analysis related to AERB compliance is an added advantage.
• Strong computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Willingness to travel to various states and districts for assessment and compliance-related work.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 50 years (as of the last date of application submission).
