Responsibilities:

1. Perform requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, reviewing and implementation of computer application systems

2. To take part in software and architectural development activities

3. Recommend changes to improve established .Net application processes

4. Develop technical designs for application development. Preparing and producing releases of software components (Preparing technical documentation for deployed computer application systems).

5. Developing prototypes of user interactions on web pages. Develop application code for .Net based application programs

6. Develop applications optimized code within .NET framework using Code First technology to carry out database transactions efficiently, data processing logic using stored procedures and triggers.

7. Support continuous improvement CD/CI. Provide support and maintenance for deployed computer application systems including version management, data recovery and deployment

8. Investigating alternatives and technologies. Supporting architectural review with leads

9. Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Developing front end website architecture. 

10. Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Requirement:

• 3+ years IT experience
• Certified in a .Net technology stack added advantage
• Experienced in designing and developing applications using ASP.NET and C# programming
• Exposure to responsive / progressive web development would be an added advantage
• Good hands-on programming, design, technical documentation
• Knowledge in Software architecture, Software development, Software deployment, Server & hardware installations, platform configuration, DevOps, Agile-Scrum
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities, and OS environment

Technology Stack:

• ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/OpenXML, MS-SQL, Azure Cloud services
• Familair with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, jQuery, Typescript, Entity Framework (ORM), Elastic Search, Azure Cognitive Search
• Hands on with MS SQL Server and Object Relational Mapping (ORM)
• Familair with Azure Cloud services such as Service Bus, App Services, Azure Functions
• Experience in Lucene or Elasticsearch or Azure Cognitive Search
• Having knowledge in test automation frameworks such as Selenium Web Driver or Solenoid is desirable is added advantage
• Having knowledge in development of terminology, translation, full text search, OpenXML processing systems is added advantage
• IDEs for writing code (VSCode, Visual Studio, IntelliJ IDEA)
