Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), Mehsana Asset, invites applications from experienced personnel retired from ONGC from Production/Drilling disciplines for the positions of Junior Consultant and Associate Consultant. These positions are contractual and will be engaged for a period of six months or up to the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising Work-over Operations on charter-hired and O&M-operated Work-over Rigs.

As per the ONGC Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates who have retired from ONGC at E1 to E3 levels for Junior Consultant positions and at E4 to E5 levels for Associate Consultant positions, with a minimum of five years of experience in Work Over/Drilling field operations, are eligible to apply.

The selection process will comprise a written test followed by an interview. The written test will carry 80 marks, and the interview will be of 20 marks. Candidates must secure at least 24 marks in the written test and 12 marks in the interview to qualify for selection.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated salary of ₹42,000 for Junior Consultants and ₹68,000 for Associate Consultants, inclusive of honorarium, conveyance reimbursement, and other allowances.

• Junior Consultant (E1 to E3 level): 6 Posts (Production/Drilling Discipline)
• Associate Consultant (E4 to E5 level): 5 Posts (Production/Drilling Discipline)

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Junior Consultant (E1 to E3 Level)
  • Retired ONGC executives from E1 to E3 levels.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Work Over/Drilling field operations.
• Associate Consultant (E4 to E5 Level)
  • Retired ONGC executives from E4 to E5 levels.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Work Over/Drilling field operations.
  • Candidates at E6 level may also be considered if suitable E4 to E5 candidates are unavailable.
