Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Thiruvananthapuram, invites applications for the post of Senior Resident (Non-PG) in Cardio Vascular Thoracic Surgery (CVTS). The appointment is purely on a tenure basis.

As per the SCTIMST Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with an MS/DNB or equivalent in General Surgery and registration with the central or state medical council are eligible to apply.

The selection for the Senior Resident (Non-PG) post will be based on a walk-in interview.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs.74,000 plus applicable NPA, HRA, DA, TA, and DA on TA as per institute rules.

• ₹74,000 per month plus applicable NPA, HRA, DA, TA, and DA on TA as per institute rules.

Tenure

• Six months or until the Senior Residents join in the academic program, whichever is earlier.

Selection Process

• Mode of Selection: Walk-in Interview.
• Nature of the Post: Full-time, non-practicing.
• Reservation: As per Government of India rules.
