2 to 6 years of experience in IT with min 2 years of working experience in PRPC. CPDC, PCMC and CLSA will be an additional advantage.

Experience in designing PRPC applications including the gathering of requirements, formulating design of Class structure, Rules Sets structure, Organization structure, identification of Properties and design of Flows based on the requirements, Integration. Good knowledge of PEGA Guardrails

Very good experience of application debugging and troubleshooting using Pega-PRPC

Should have good experience in design and development of Pega projects.

Experience working in at least one complete medium to large scale enterprise Pega project

Must have good exposure to Agile Scrum / SmartBPM practices and methodology

Extensive experience in Flows, Activities and User Interfaces.

Ability to work independently with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good knowledge and experience of PRPC Best Practices, Estimation, Task Scheduling, Risk Assessment, IT Quality Practices. Pega certification like CSA, CSSA is mandatory.
