Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and implement robust cloud native solutions
• Have hands-on understanding of containerization and orchestration concepts for designing and building scalable and resilient modern event and micro-services based systems
• Have good understanding security concepts that are necessary for modern DevSecOps practices
• Understand and build features for a seamless & stable Internal Developer Portal that empowers self-service experiences for builder community with clear, concise documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure and robust application architectures for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Understands and uses monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to continuously assess and improve system reliability, and performance
• Have passion to drive automation to streamline manual processes and enhance productivity across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing
• Mentor/Train junior team member capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of working with public cloud providers such as AWS or GCP
• Understanding of networking concepts on Cloud, like VPCs/Subnets, Firewalls and LoadBalancers.
• Experience in CI/CD and configuration Management systems.
• Knowledge of working with OS environments and good programming skills in Python, Go or Java.
• Hands on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent
• Analytical & problem solving skills, ability to communicate ideas clearly
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong focus on teamwork.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Machine Learning in a cloud platform context.
