The Electronics and Research Network (ERNET) India invites applications for the positions of Project Manager Level 02 and Senior Project Engineer on a contractual basis under the ICT & Data Centre Setup Project at the Bangalore location. The appointments are purely temporary.

As per the ERNET Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc degrees in relevant disciplines, along with the required post-qualification experience, are eligible to apply.

The selection process for these posts will be based on merit, determined through an interview.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹45,000 to ₹1,25,000, based on the position and experience level.

Educational Qualifications:

Project Manager Level 02

• Essential Qualifications:
  • B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc in Electronics, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Computer Application, Instrumentation, or Physics.
• Experience:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Networking, Telecom, Data Centers, and IT Infrastructure commissioning & management after B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc.
  • At least 6 years of experience after M.Tech/M.E.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience should be in managing projects related to Data Centers/IT Infrastructure.

Senior Project Engineer

• Essential Qualifications:
  • B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc in Electronics, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Computer Application, Instrumentation, or Physics.
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Networking & Security after B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc.
  • At least 1 year of experience after M.Tech/M.E.
  • Hands-on experience with Networking & Firewalls, with a strong understanding of Routing, Switching, and Security.

Age Limit:

• Project Manager Level 02: Maximum 63 years
• Senior Project Engineer: Maximum 45 years
