Job Description:

• Lead the Development team
• Develop solutions utilizing Cognitive tool with the industry best practices and work with the Architect/Tech lead for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project.
• Create and maintain required project lifecycle requirement documents
• Coordinate activities within clients’ IT / Automation COE / business environments to develop, test and deploy Cognitive solutions
• 5+ years IT experience across multiple technologies in the enterprise software space, agile methodologies, integration architecture and patterns & performing the job duties described above, independently or under the direction of Senior Leadership
• 1-2 years’ experience with chatbot performing the job duties described above, independently or under the direction of a Senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience on Microsoft Bot framework
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure Chatbot infrastructure setup (App Services, LUIS, QnA, Cosmos DB)
• Experience in C# language is required
• Experience with modern programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, ReactJS, etc…
• Working experience in Agile methodology is a plus
• Working experience in developing the Power BI reports is a plus
• Ability to solve complex technical problems via the application of solution/design thinking 
• Ability to manage daily work efforts and thoughtful escalations 
• End-to-end technical experience in design, engineering, testing, dev ops, support 
• Practical AI/cognitive and machine learning domain knowledge preferable
• Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences 
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to deliver proposals; provide user support and interact with team members and other departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with team members and managers to develop solutions
• Flexible and agile attitude in respect to responsibilities and change that may be outside your control
• Maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of information systems through the compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
• Flexible and adaptable, the individual will be open to learning new methodologies, tools, platforms and systems
