Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, A Govt. of India Undertaking Company.

In latest job notification, the PGCIL PSU announces job vacancies for Diploma Trainees (Electrical/Civil), Jr. Officer Trainee (HR) & Jr. Technician Trainees (Electrical) posts to fill 58 positions for Eastern Region Transmission System-II, POWERGRID on a direct basis.

Under PGCIL Diploma, Jr. Officer Trainee Recruitment 2018, candidates completed ITI/Diploma/PG Diploma Or MBA in relevant subjects with maximum qualification marks can apply.

On basis of Computer Based Test, Computer Skills Test and Trade Test, an aspirant for applied PGCIL Diploma Trainee job will be finalized on merit.

Selected candidate has to produce a bond agreement, and will undergo training before being absorbed into employment with a salary in pay scale of Rs 11500 – Rs 35500 per month.

An interested and qualified person have to apply through online mode by 02/10/2018.

Eligibility Criteria For PGCIL 2018 Diploma Trainee Posts:

Name of the post:

Diploma Trainee (Electrical): 25

Diploma Trainee (Civil): 05

Jr. Officer Trainee (HR): 03

Jr. Technician Trainee (Electrical): 25

Age Limit:

As on 02/10/2018, candidate maximum age limit should be 27 Years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:  

Should complete ITI/Diploma/PG Diploma Or MBA in relevant subjects from recognized university/institute, with maximum qualification marks of 70%.

Selection Process:

On basis of Computer Based Test, Computer Skills Test and Trade Test.

Application Fee:

Diploma Trainee (Electrical / Civil) & Junior Officer Trainee (HR) to pay Rs 300 through online mode.

Junior Technician Trainee (Electrical) to pay a fee of Rs 200.

SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM/Departmental Candidates need not pay the registration fee regardless of the post being reserved for them or not.
