Job Role:

• Services & Invoicing team is dedicated to building a next-generation solution for the Service industry, which is intuitive, innovative, and easy to use. We challenge ourselves to learn about the industry processes and translate them into a product with usability being the centerpiece and delight our customers.
• Build a Service Procurement & Invoicing solution for Ariba to become the market leader in Services Procurement.
• Venture into the procurement domain and understand the business concepts in procurement. 

• Work on key areas of Service Procurement & Invoicing and deliver end-to-end solutions. 
• Work on a cloud-based procurement solution and learn cloud concepts
• Work on migrating the existing cloud application to hyperscalers
• Work in core components for the Ariba cloud that includes persistence, meta-data model, object model framework and performance analysis.
• Work on solving scalability and performance problems.
• Work closely with Architects/Team Leads to learn & build game-changing products.

Experience:

• We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. The role requires:
• Bachelors in Computer Science or any Engineering domain with equivalent work experience in Software Programming.
• 4-7 years of development experience developing production-grade software
• Has a solid command over object-oriented programming principles with skills in core Java
• Able to apply algorithms to optimize code to build super-fast solutions.
• Good Database concepts and experience with at least 1 database technology (i.e. SQL or NoSQL)
• Experience on Webservices using SOAP & REST
• Experience on microservices is a plus
• Able to provide design/solutions to complex requirements in the application.
• Has strong communication & collaboration skills.
