Job Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code
• Champion practices and methodologies and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to the organization
• Build solutions to develop/support key business needs
• Engineer components and common services based on standard development models, languages and tools
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners
• Continuously improve the architecture and quality of the code
• Be part of a culture to continuously improve the technical design and code base
• Document and demonstrate solutions using technical design docs, diagrams and stubbed code
• Enhance, document and support internal tools and frameworks used across the enterprise        

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's /Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development using Microsoft Technologies.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design, .NET framework and design patterns.
• 1+ years’ experience with Web development/JavaScript/HTML5
• Strong command of essential technologies: C#, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Require.js,  Knockout.js, React, Typescript).
• Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development.
• Good experience with developing solutions involving relational database technologies on SQL Server platform, stored procedure programming, experience using Transact SQL.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to share knowledge/guidance verbally and in written form
• Desire to work within a team with high visibility, that many other teams depend on for guidance and code reviews
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new things
• Experience reading and debugging unfamiliar code

Nice To Have Skillset:

• Experience in cloud native development and AWS is a big plus
• Experience in AWS EKS and Kubernetes basic concepts
• Experience with Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines, CI/CD)
• Experience with feature flags
• Experience with troubleshooting application logs using Kibana
• Experience in User Interface design and development using HTML5, CSS3, BootStrap, JavaScript, React
• Experience engineering, documenting and supporting internal tools and frameworks used by other teams
• Experience with git workflow
• An understanding of coding best practices (clean coding)
• Familiarity with .NET core
