The Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL), established by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, invites applications for the positions of Young Professionals and Associates to work on trade-related legal issues. The recruitment is on a contractual basis.

As per the CTIL Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, International Relations, Public Policy, or related disciplines are eligible to apply.

The selection process will be based on merit, evaluated through a written test and an interview.

The selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,45,000 based on experience and role.

Educational Qualifications

Young Professional

• With prior experience:
  • Master’s degree in Law with at least 55% marks
  • Minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience
• Without prior experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Master’s in Economics, Diplomacy, Public Policy, or related fields
  • From a top-ranked university as per NIRF or international rankings

Associate

• Master’s degree in Law with at least 55% marks
• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience
• At least 1 year in international trade or allied fields
