The Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL), established by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, invites applications for Young Professionals and Associates to work on legal issues related to international trade, investment law, and related disciplines. The positions are purely on a contractual basis for one year and extendable based on performance.

In accordance with the CTIL Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with Master’s degrees in Law and relevant experience are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired posts will be based on merit, determined through a written test and interview.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging between Rs.60000 and Rs.145000.

Young Professional: 4 Posts

Associate: 2 Posts

Age Limit:

Young Professional: Maximum 35 years

Associate: Maximum 45 years

Educational Qualifications:

• Young Professional:
  • Master’s degree in Law with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in international trade, investment law, public policy, or a related field.
• Associate:
  • Master’s degree in Law with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year in trade remedies.

Selection Process:

Candidates will undergo:

1. A written test to assess domain knowledge in international trade, investment law, and related fields.
2. An interview for shortlisted candidates.
