• Perform project cost estimation and create individual project proposals and estimates
• Administer project budgets, quality control provisions, and continuously seeks out opportunities to reduce operations costs.
• Apply lessons learned, determine project approach, define project R&R, secure staffing, ensure training, lead project planning, perform project tracking
• Mentor project members, promote good working relationship, make things happen
• Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project sponsor and stakeholders
