National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna PSU under the Government of India, invites applications for the post of Deputy General Manager (Marketing). Experienced professionals will be engaged on a regular basis at various NFL units/offices/joint ventures across India.

As per the NFL Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with qualifications in MBA/PGDBM/PGDM/M.Sc with relevant work experience are eligible to apply.

The selection for the post will be based on merit, determined through a personal interview. If a large number of applications are received, NFL reserves the right to conduct a screening test.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in the pay scale of ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 (E-7 Level), along with allowances such as IDA, HRA, medical facilities, and other benefits.

Educational Qualifications:

• Essential Qualifications:
  • MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (Marketing, Agribusiness, International Business, Rural Management, Foreign Trade) from UGC/AICTE-recognized institutions with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
  • OR B.Sc in Agriculture with an M.Sc (Agriculture) in any specialization from UGC/AICTE/ICAR-recognized institutions with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Experience:

• Minimum 22 years of post-qualification experience in:
  • Marketing, sales of agricultural inputs (fertilizers, seeds, bio-fertilizers, agrochemicals), or
  • International marketing/fertilizer imports.
