Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, Maharashtra, invites applications for the position of Project Coordinator cum Documentation Officer under the Resource Cell for Juvenile Justice (RCJJ), a Field Action Project of the Centre for Criminology and Justice (CCJ), School of Social Work (SSW). The appointment will be on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months, extendable based on performance and project requirements.

In accordance with the TISS Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Master’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, documentation, and research in juvenile justice or child protection are eligible to apply..

The selection for the post will be based on merit, determined through an interview.

The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹45,000.

Eligibility Criteria for Project Coordinator cum Documentation Officer Post:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Law, Development Studies, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in social work, NGO administration, or juvenile justice is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is essential.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, documentation, case management, and research within juvenile justice or child protection sectors.
  • Strong skills in report writing, developing case studies, and research documentation.
