Must-Have:

• Hands-on experience in building search and discovery use cases with leading search technologies
• Foundation in Java technologies
• SolR, Elasticsearch as key competencies, with in-depth understanding of another available offering in market, and their competitive positioning.
• Must be proficient in one or more cloud services (AWS, GCP), APIs, Microservices
• Experienced in Agile, CI/CD and Product Engineering
• Very good communication skills
• Development experience in projects involving products and/or critical enterprise software in Java

Good- to Have:

• Experience in product engineering in any communication, media or information services domain areas would be a plus.
• Appreciation of domain needs and understanding in one or more of following lines of business : Finance, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Rating, Media, Education etc

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver use cases related to new or enhanced search and discovery in customer products, typically following one of the agile models, e.g., scrum
• Work with tech leads, architects, product owners/poxy, infra team in product engineering ecosystem as a team to achieve product goals
• Competency development of resources in Product Engineering in related technology as per expertise
• Seed and assist building product engineering teams within customer accounts
• Work simultaneously balancing priorities in multiple product engineering projects and POCs
