Job Description:

• Responsible for Network Security services for Customer covering Firewalls (Mainly Checkpoint), IPS / IDS and related solutions
• Administration of network security devices, Defining/implementing/managing the policies/rules on network security devices, troubleshooting/fixing in case of issues, device upgrades/patch management
• Interface with Data center & Network towers teams for embedding the Network security measures, and identify any potential risks & propose mitigation plans.
• Measure and report the Security Operational SLAs and KPIs
• Identifying the area of improvements and work on the improvement plans
• Experience in support, administration and installations/upgrades of network hardware including FW and IDS/IPS;
• Experience in troubleshooting network security and firewall problems;
• Experience in managing external suppliers (e.g. managing support, interacting with network consultants)
