The Wildlife Institute of India (WII), Dehradun, an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, Government of India.

In accordance with the WII Recruitment Research and Administrative Positions 2025 Job Notification, WII invites applications for candidates who have completed Master’s, Ph.D., or Graduate degrees in relevant fields and possess the required experience.

The selection for the desired posts will be based on merit, determined through an interview.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated salary ranging from ₹24,000 to ₹67,000.

• Principal Project Associate
• Project Associate-I
• Administrative Assistant

Age Limit:

• Principal Project Associate: 40 years
• Project Associate-I and Administrative Assistant: 35 years

Educational Qualifications:

• Principal Project Associate:
  • Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering/Technology with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • OR Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with 4 years of experience.
• Project Associate-I:
  • Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences with field survey and data analysis skills.
• Administrative Assistant:
  • Graduate Degree with proficiency in office management and MS Office tools.
