Birbal Sahni Institute of Palaeosciences (BSIP), an autonomous Institute under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi.

In the latest job notification, BSIP Lucknow announces job vacancies for Research-based posts to fill 17 positions on a temporary basis, in reference to Advt. No: 02&03/2018.

Under BSIP Research Associate & Scholar Recruitment 2018, candidates completed Master Degree/PH.D. in relevant subjects can apply.

On basis of test/interview, an applicant for BSRS & BSRA posts will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will be recruited for a period of maximum 3 years, with salary pay of maximum Rs 36,000 per month.

Research Scholars: 10 Posts

Age Limit:

 As on 01.04.2018, Candidate maximum age limit should be 35 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Should complete Masters degree (M.Sc.) in Botany / Geology / Ph.D from recognized university/institute

Selection Process:

On basis of test/interview.

SC/ST/Women/PWD aspirants are exempted from paying a fee.
