Role:

You will be involved in enabling and delivering the SAP S/4HANA in the cloud, working with the best of technologies e.g., HANA, Fiori, the best of breed cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Azure, and host of cloud processes, platforms and tools that have been built internally.

• Onboarding, maintaining & ensuring availability for SAP customers.
• Creation and/or Redesign of existing operation concepts in the SAP Development/Verification/Productive Environment
• Technical and operational tasks incl. tracking and processing of customer requests
• Contribute and conclude Root Cause Analysis

Role Requirement:

• Bachelor, Master or equivalent graduate.
• 4 – 6.5 years of relevant experience in Basis & HANA DB Administration along with SAP NetWeaver Technology.
• Exposure to ITIL/ITSM processes, ITIL certification preferred.
• Must have experience working in product support projects.
• Strong technical Basis Administration & HANA knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of Software logistics, Upgrade, Performance & optimization.
