Must-Have:

• Hands-on experience of the administration of network devices( Router, Switches, wireless controllers, Firewall, VPN)
• Security Knowledge on Firewall(Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Paloalto) &  NAC(ISE)
• Hands-on experience of F5 Load Balancers (LTM / GTM)
• Deep Knowledge in supporting Cisco Nexus and Cisco catalyst Switches
• Hands-on experience in Cisco Wireless Technologies
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Cisco ISR, ASR routers with deep knowledge on dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS).
• Strong understanding of IP addressing, MPLS routing, internet Technologies
• Advanced know-how of technologies like VPN, VXLAN, VRRP, HSRP, STP, Portchannel, NetFlow and stacking technologies
• Should be more flexible in adapting oneself to the project and able to meet the deliverables.
• Has good experience working on SolarWinds NPM, NCM, IPAM, Syslog
• Has good experience working on ITSM ticketing tool and strong knowledge on ITIL process

Good-to-Have:

1. Good analytical and debugging skills

2. Ability to coordinate with SMEs, and stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status

3. Exposure on Agile methodology, ITIL framework Domain knowledge

4. Good knowledge and understanding of SDN Cisco DNAC / SDA

5. Good knowledge and understanding of SD-WAN technologies preferred Palo Alto Prisma.

6. Good documentation skill with network architecture drawing experience with Microsoft Visio to prepare and update diagrams.
