Technical Skills:

• Ready to adopt any technologies 
• Good exposure of following SDLC and lead by example in all stages following best practices
• Strong background in automation, preferably in LINUX/UNIX environment 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Healthcare domain exposure would be a preferred  
• Very good grasping power 

Behavioural Skills: 

• Should be able to work in a multi-vendor environment with a keen ability to be assertive and put forward opinions softly 
• Excellent team player by example 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Should have passion for learning about customers, industries/domain and new approaches to doing things, industry challenges and solutions
