Job Description:

• Must be CCNA-certified
• CCNP Routing and Switching desirable – Atleast routing or switching paper cleared
• Good knowledge on switching and routing, wireless technologies.
• In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network setup with Firewall appliances from different Vendors: Cisco, Fortigate or Palo Alto 
• Hands-on experience on Loadbalancer: Citrix Netscalar
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting on Cisco Catalyst 6500 switches, Nexus switches (9K, 5K), Cisco 3750 and Bluecoat Proxy.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in handling and troubleshooting network (data & security) related issues.
• Work on Incidents, Problems and change management. Should be adverse with ITIL Processes.
• Attend customer calls, meetings to understand and troubleshoot issues
• Should have strong knowledge of Network monitoring and packet capture tools
• Good knowledge of IP subnetting network protocol, Vendor management
• Good communication skill
