The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), an Institute of National Importance under the IIM Act of 2017, invites applications for the position of Assistant Security Supervisor. The appointment will be on a contractual basis for a minimum of one year, extendable based on performance.
As per the IIMB Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications secured in the services (for Ex-Service personnel) with relevant experience are eligible to apply.
The selection process for the Assistant Security Supervisor post will be based on merit, determined through an interview.
The selected candidate will receive an annual CTC ranging between ₹8.5 Lakhs and ₹9.3 Lakhs, fixed as per IIMB Contract Appointment Rules based on experience and qualifications.
