Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) is India's premier nuclear research facility headquartered in Mumbai.

In the latest job notification, BARC announces job vacancies for Group A post through academic programs OCES-2019 &DFGS-2019, in reference to BARC OCES/DGFS – 2019.

Under BARC Scientific Officer Recruitment 2018, candidates completed Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant subjects and have valid GATE Score can apply.

On basis of GATE score, Online Examination & Interview, an applicant for BARC Scientific Officer post will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will be recruited, with salary pay of Rs. 56,100 per month.

An interested and qualified candidate has to apply through online mode by 31.01.2019.

Eligibility Criteria For BARC Posts:

Name of the post:  Scientific Officer.

Age Limit:

As on 01.08.2019, Candidate maximum age limit should be 26 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Should complete B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering)/ 5-year Integrated M.Tech. with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from recognized university/institute, and should have valid GATE-2018 or GATE-2019 Score.

Selection Process:

On basis of GATE score, Online Examination & Interview.

Application Fee:

General & OBC candidates have to pay of Rs 500 through offline mode.

Reserved aspirants are exempted from paying a fee.
